In this book, the author, who grew up in an Arabic environment, explores the identity of Christ’s followers. He seeks to provide a deep understanding of the life experiences of these disciples and their sense of belonging to family and church, aiming to support them in their journey of faith. When the question ‘Who am I?’ is raised, answers vary between individualistic and collectivistic cultures. Belonging is considered essential to the authentic human experience, and belonging to a religious community is fundamental to religious identity. Embracing faith in Christ without leaving the Arab and Islamic community reveals the dilemma of dual belonging. This book attempts to address all these topics.
